1 Identification of differential planetary gear shaft

the function of differential planetary gear shaft is to transmit torque to planetary gears to realize torque distribution, so as to realize differential operation of wheels. It has integral type and split type. In order to ensure good lubrication between the planetary gear and the planetary gear shaft, a plane is milled on its journal for lubrication

2. Quality requirements for differential planetary gear shaft

1) when the material is low carbon alloy structural steel, what is the diameter of pressure cylinder? 63 mm shall be carburized and quenched with a carburized layer depth of 0 4mm, the hardness of the journal surface is HRC

2) if the material is medium carbon and medium carbon alloy structural steel, induction quenching shall be adopted. The quenching hardness of journal surface shall not be lower than 57hrc, and the depth of hardened layer shall be 1 5mm (journal diameter D ≤ 20mm), 1 0mm (journal diameter d>20mm). The fillet at the root of the journal shall be hardened

(3) appearance quality

all parts of the part shall be free of nicks, black spots, cracks and other defects, and the burrs, flash and oxidation function of the non machined surface shall be removed

(4) surface roughness

the surface roughness of journal shall not be greater than 0.5 m; The surface roughness of the fillet at the root of the journal shall not be greater than 3.2 m of our Jinan Shijin professional production experimental machine for many years

(5) form and position tolerance requirements

1) for the planetary gear shaft of the integral differential, when the common axis is taken as the benchmark, refer to GB 1184- provisions for unmarked tolerance of shape and position tolerance of external microcomputer 80. The shape and position tolerance of relevant parts are specified as follows: the total runout tolerance grade of the journal at both ends shall not be lower than grade 9; The perpendicularity tolerance grade of two common axes shall not be lower than Grade 8; The two common axes shall be in the same plane, and their position tolerance shall not be greater than 0.10mm

2) for the planetary gear shaft of the split differential, the straightness tolerance grade of the journal busbar shall not be lower than Grade 8, in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 1 of GB 1184
